Update 10/2/2015: Developer website is down.. The app is not accepting my email/password combo (and I KNOW it is accurate). I cannot log on any long. What to do?!

I switched to AtHome after “Presence” app stopped working properly, and their customer service dept. never replied back after a week of contacting them (I guess they’re getting too big for their own good). Initially I was impressed, the video quality and the speed were far superior than the “Presence” app. But now, the app stays stuck in trying to connect to wifi. There is nothing wrong with my wifi, my macbook pro, my iPhone 6 Plus, 5c, 4s, 3gs, iPad Air, ALL recognized my wifi. So, WHY is this app not connecting to wifi?? The AtHome Video Streamer also reads “connecting”, and NEVER connects. If the devs are reading these reviews, I do hope they care enough to listen, and fix these problems that many seem to be having. I am very frustrated to say the least.
